Ways To Add Farmhouse Style To Your Home

I love cottage style, but more and more I’m leaning toward farmhouse decor. Not only is it very popular, but it reminds me of simpler times and treasured visits to my grandmother’s house when I was a child. Farmhouse Kitchen Makeover Ideas

I’ve been thinking more and more about making over our kitchen.  When we bought our house, a kitchen makeover was part of our plans.  The cabinets are what I call black.  They aren’t really black, but a very dark (“cheapy” looking) composite material.  Not very pretty. Farmhouse Dining Room Inspiration

I’ve been wanting to add some farmhouse charm to my dining room so I put together a collection of farmhouse dining rooms for inspiration.  It’s easier for me to figure out what I like and don’t like when I can see a picture.  It’s also easier to pick out the different elements that I think might work in my own home.
